"Emerge" from winter with us at a special Wine Dinner hosted by Owners Jerry & Lynda Burd featuring a four course menu created by Chef Stephen Ormsby of "Savor" in Albuquerque paired with Black Mesa Winery wines.

                       Saturday, March 31, 2018 -  6:00 p.m.  in the Black Mesa Winery Barrel Room.

Amuse Bouche:

Pickled Rhubarb Crostini: Whipped Ricotta, Basil-Pistachio Pesto
BMW Sparkling. Hard Cider


1st Course:

Shredded Rabbit Toast: Chicken Pate, Truffled Arugula, Shallot, Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette 


2nd Course:

Asparagus: Steamed and Grilled, Butter Poached Potato, Onion Confit, Caper Cream


3rd Course/Entree'

Pork Tenderloin: Caramelized fennel, Root Vegetable Galette, Pork Jus


4th Course/Dessert:

Beet Panna Cotta: Goat Cheese Mousse, Star Anise Orange Honey
White Port
