After a trip to Spain, we were inspired to make a sherry-style wine. Our new Criadera is an oloroso style wine (sweet with just a touch of acidity) with a nutty caramel flavor. Similar to port wines with an alcohol content of 18%, serve Criadera, which means "garden", with Marcona almonds at the end of a meal to refresh your palate and bring a smile to your face.
